Evaluation System

Our Examination Framework

ENARU uses a flexible, research-oriented evaluation system suited for distance and lifelong learners.

💻
Online Assessments

Periodic online tests and assignments submitted through our digital portal. Flexible scheduling allows students to appear at convenient times from any location.

📝
Written Examinations

For select diploma and degree programmes, structured written exams are conducted at designated study centers or online proctored sessions.

🔭
Research Submissions

M.A. and Ph.D. students submit original research papers, chart analyses and predictive studies as part of their programme completion requirements.

🧑‍🏫
Viva & Oral Evaluation

Optional oral examinations (viva voce) via video conferencing — particularly for doctoral candidates presenting their research findings.

📊
Continuous Evaluation

Mid-term assessments, participation, and assignment grades contributed to final results — reducing dependence on a single exam performance.

🏅
Certification

Successful candidates receive internationally recognized certificates and degrees awarded by ENARU with work and life experience acknowledgement.

📅 Examination Schedule & Notices

Diploma examination schedules are communicated to enrolled students via email and the online portal. Exams are conducted quarterly. Students are advised to submit their assignments at least 30 days before the scheduled exam date.
B.A. and M.A. examinations are held at the end of each academic year. Online written exams and research papers must be submitted per the schedule circulated by ENARU's examination controller.
Ph.D. candidates must submit their research thesis within the 2-year programme duration. The thesis is evaluated by a panel of experts. After approval, the viva voce is scheduled online. Upon passing, the doctorate is awarded by ENARU.
Students who do not pass can appear for re-examination in the next scheduled sitting. No additional registration fee is required for the first re-attempt. Subsequent attempts may incur a nominal fee. Contact the examination department for details.
Digital hall tickets are issued to registered students 2 weeks before each examination. Students must download the hall ticket from the online portal and present a University Issued ID Card for verification at online proctored exams.
